We collect information in the following categories: (a) Account Information: name, email address, role (talent, recruiter, brand, sponsor), and password credentials. (b) Profile Data: biography, location, arena/specialty, achievements, statistics, highlights, GPA, social media handles, and profile/banner images you choose to share. (c) Media & Content: photos, videos, and documents you upload to your profile or in connection with contracts. (d) Financial & Transaction Data: escrow deal amounts, milestone records, payment release history, and deal terms. Note: We do not store raw payment card data — payment processing is handled by third-party processors. (e) Contract & Signature Data: uploaded PDF contracts, digital signature text, signing timestamps, and IP addresses captured at the time of signing. (f) Communication Data: messages exchanged between users through our messaging system. (g) Usage Data: pages visited, features used, search queries, filter selections, watch history, click events, and time spent on the Platform. (h) Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referral URLs. (i) AI Interaction Data: conversations with our AI-powered agents (NIL advisor, contract advisor, opportunity matcher, profile optimizer).

We use collected information to: (a) create and manage your account and talent profile; (b) power discovery — surfacing your profile to scouts, brands, recruiters, and opportunity listings that match your arena, specialty, and location; (c) facilitate NIL deals, escrow transactions, and contract signing workflows; (d) enable messaging and communication between platform users; (e) deliver AI-powered recommendations, profile optimization suggestions, and opportunity matching; (f) send service notifications, deal updates, contract status changes, and important platform announcements; (g) prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; (h) analyze platform usage to improve features and user experience; (i) comply with legal obligations; and (j) enforce our Terms of Service.
